First Trip to The Congress!

Just wanted to share that I spent my first weekend at the Quarter Horse Congress on Oct 17, 2009. I went as a shopper and spectator, taking in all the sites. I went with a group of friends and spent the afternoon shopping. Of course I spent more money than I planned on, but the deals you can find at the trade show are too good to pass up!

I spent some time watching the classes in the Celeste Center and fell in love with a horse or two.

I also got a chance to taste some of the great food available and even sampled some dessert at The Sweet Shop!

One weekend is definitely not enough time. I hope to return to the show next year!
