Quarter Horse Congress

Show Information, News, and Results

The All American Quarter Horse Congress is the largest single-breed horse show in the world! The show runs for three weeks every October at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, OH. With over 17,000 horse show entries and over 8,500 registered Quarter Horses on site, you can bet there will be some great competition at every Congress. The very first Quarter Horse Congress was held in 1967 and lasted only three days. Since then the entries and competition continued to grow into the full three week schedule that is hosted today.

Trade Show

Another huge attraction at congress is the shopping! Every year visitors can take advantage of the trade show where 250 commercial exhibitors have set up shop. Visitors can find everything from tack, trailers, vehicles, apparel, jewelry, art and more.

Aside from the show, the shopping can be whole experience on its own!

Visitor Admission

Planning on making the trip to see the show? For the 2009 Quarter Horse Congress, parking fees include a $25 one-time parking pass or a $70 whole-show pass.

No additional admission charges are required outside parking fees unless you are planning on attending the freestyle reining, PBR, or Congress Masters Events.
